Responsibilities

Develops and compares solution concepts, defines evaluation criteria, and drives design iterations based on test results.; Plans and executes tests in line with internal standards, ensures completeness via risk assessment and supplementary tests.; Acts as test champion, standardizing test practices, templates, and infrastructure improvements.; Identifies risks and issues early, contributes to RCA and technical risk management processes.; Applies and promotes design guidelines, norms, and calculation tools within the team.; Actively collaborates and contributes to technical discussions with a preventive mindset.; Ensures alignment with engineering change management processes.

Requirements

B.Sc., M.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or one of development engineering related disciplines; Strong technical knowledge in Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, HVAC; Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills; Strong communication and presentation skills; Experience in agile working environment (sprints, PI planning, ...) and tools (JIRA); Good command on English both written and spoken; Familiarity & experience with FMEA, FAM, 8D etc.; Familiarity & experience with SAP, MS Office; Able to work within international project teams with very good communication skills
