Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and troubleshoot systems across Windows and Unix/Linux environments in a production context; Develop and maintain automation scripts for system operations, deployment, and incident response tasks; Coordinate with database teams during application deployments, incident resolution, and environment changes; Draft operational procedures; Coordinate cross-functional technical changes; Participate in an on-call rotation covering extended hours

Requirements

5 years of experience as a DevOps System Engineer; Proficiency in both Windows and Unix/Linux environments is required, with the ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot systems across both platforms in a production context.; Scripting skills in Shell (KSH) and PowerShell are required to develop and maintain automation scripts for system operations, deployment, and incident response tasks.; Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS is required, with the ability to coordinate with database teams during application deployments, incident resolution, and environment changes.; Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as the role involves drafting operational procedures, coordinating cross-functional technical changes, and participating in an on-call rotation covering extended hours.; Availability for an on-call systems; Fluency in English (B2); Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week based in Porto; Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
