DLP Project Manager

Location: Lisbon or Porto

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end rollout of DLP initiatives, from planning to deployment.; Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.; Engage business teams at every stage (needs assessment, validation, and implementation).; Deliver clear, user-friendly documentation and communication materials.; Support local DLP teams in applying Group standards and best practices.; Monitor project progress with KPIs and dashboards, ensuring visibility and accountability.; Proactively suggest improvements to strengthen DLP controls and coverage.; Keep all stakeholders informed through regular updates via committees, SharePoint, and internal comms.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of Data Loss Prevention and IT security frameworks.; Understanding of data, IT systems, cyber risks, and regulatory compliance.; Familiarity with technical architectures and process automation.; Advanced skills in Power BI and data visualization.; Proficiency in English (mandatory).; Fluency in French.
