Responsibilities

Review court filings, notices, and orders to identify and calculate critical deadlines; Apply court rules and procedural requirements across multiple jurisdictions; Maintain accurate docket calendars and case deadlines; Monitor case activity and communicate deadlines to legal teams; Utilize docketing and case management systems to support litigation matters; Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure compliance with filing and scheduling requirements

Requirements

Expertise in legal docketing, with a heavy emphasis calendaring and deadline management; Strong understanding of court rules and deadline calculation; Experience with docketing software and legal case management systems; Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work with accuracy; Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Stable career history within docketing, litigation support, or related legal operations functions preferred
