Domino's Pizza is hiring operating partners to run a $1-2 million business within a 43-store franchise. The role involves leading a team, being responsible for all store operations during each shift, and driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift; Cost controls; Inventory control; Cash control; Customer relations; Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time; Lead a team toward a common goal of selling more pizzas; Staffing; Paperwork submission; Food management; Scheduling; Maintaining image standards; Store cleanliness; Marketing; Profitability; Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment; Prepare product to Domino's specifications and guidelines; Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously; Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and coolers

Requirements

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner; Sound judgment; Business acumen; Empathy; People management insight; Ability to multitask; Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality; Willingness to take inventory and complete associated paperwork; Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a designated delivery area; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; Ability to make correct monetary change; Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle; Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license; Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery; Must pass a Criminal Background Check; Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards; Ability to stand for most of the shift, lift and stack items weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs
