Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with instructional design teams to develop cutting-edge e-learning courses using Articulate 360; Design and create highly engaging, interactive course content that adheres to SCORM/xAPI compliance and is compatible with various learning management systems; Apply a strong aesthetic sense and graphic design skills to ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines; Configure courseware with robust reporting mechanisms suitable for diverse learning management systems; Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during the development or deployment of e-learning modules; Perform thorough quality assurance testing to guarantee course functionality and alignment with client expectations; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and development techniques; Contribute to project planning and timeline management, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision; Communicate proactively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, computer science, or a related field; At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing e-learning courses with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise); Profound understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other relevant e-learning standards; Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities; Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to excel both independently and within a team setting; Ability to provide your own laptop and an active Articulate 360 license; Submission of links to recent Storyline & Rise work samples is required for consideration

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).
