Employment Consultant

We're looking for an Employment Consultant to join our team in Strathpine, QLD, as part of our Inclusive Employment Australia program.

Responsibilities

Mentoring and coaching participants with disability to overcome challenges or barriers and become ready for employment; Supporting participants with disability to find meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities; Helping participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on their new employment with a renewed sense of purpose; Providing creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring every participant has the tools and support for success; Advocating for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Forming partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

A champion of diversity and inclusion; A natural connector; Innovative and solutions focused; Compassionate and empathetic; Eligibility to work in Australia; A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; A MyGovID (Standard level); Willing to complete a National Police Check; Able to pass a Working with Children Check; Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration
