Join us as an Employment Consultant within our Inclusive Employment Australia Program and play a key role in helping individuals build confidence, independence, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

Supporting people with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment; Helping participants build confidence, identify strengths, and overcome barriers; Developing creative solutions to employment challenges and tailoring support to individual needs; Advocating for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrating participant achievements and milestones; Building strong partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion

Requirements

A commitment to diversity and inclusion; Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with participants and employers; A solutions-focused mindset; Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact; Eligibility to work in Australia; A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; A Standard-level MyGovID; Willingness to complete a National Police Check; Ability to pass a Working with Children Check; Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
