Identify employment opportunities for participants; help participants see their strengths and overcome obstacles; provide creative solutions to employment challenges; celebrate successful placements; form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Passionate about helping people secure employment; knack for identifying individuals' employment match; champion of diversity and inclusion; natural connector; innovative and solutions focused; compassionate and empathetic

Nice to have

Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration
