Requirements

Passionate about supporting people with disability to secure meaningful employment; Maturity; Confidence; Strong sales or relationship-building experience; Champion of diversity and inclusion; Natural connector who builds trust quickly; Solutions-focused and proactive; Empathetic, resilient and motivated to help others succeed; Sales champion able to negotiate and find positive outcomes

Nice to have

Background in sales, business development, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting or administration
