Responsibilities

Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on their new employment with renewed purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successes with participants; Build partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Passionate about supporting people with disability; Knack for identifying individuals' employment match; Champion of diversity and inclusion; Natural connector; Innovative and solutions focused; Compassionate and empathetic; Experience creating pathways to success

Nice to have

Experience in sales; retail; call centre; hospitality; consulting; business development; administration
