Are you passionate about supporting individuals to prepare for and secure employment that could change their life? Do you have a knack for identifying an individuals’ employment match? If so, YOU could be our next Employment Consultant at our Nowra NSW site within our Workforce Australia Program.

Responsibilities

Support participants with the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with a renewed sense of purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements big and small with participants; Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Eligibility to work in Australia; A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; A MyGovID (Standard level); Willing to complete a National Police Check; Able to pass a Working with Children Check; Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm; A champion of diversity and inclusion; A natural connector; Innovative and solutions focused; Compassionate and empathetic

Nice to have

Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration
