If so, YOU could be our next Employment Consultant at our Yanchep, WA site within our Inclusive Employment Australia Program.

Responsibilities

Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with renewed sense of purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, making sure every participant has the tools and support for success; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements, big and small, with participants; Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Passionate about supporting people with disability to secure employment; Ability to identify an individual's employment match; Champion of diversity and inclusion; Natural connector who can create opportunities for participants and speak to stakeholders with confidence; Innovative and solutions focused; Compassionate and empathetic; Eligibility to work in Australia; A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; A MyGovID (Standard level); Willing to complete a National Police Check; Able to pass a Working with Children Check; Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
