If so, YOU could be our next Employment Consultant at our Maryborough, QLD site within our Workforce Australia Program.

Responsibilities

Support participants with Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on their new employment with a renewed sense of purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements, big and small; Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Passionate about supporting individuals to prepare for and secure employment; Knack for identifying an individuals’ employment match; Champion of diversity and inclusion; Natural connector; Innovative and solutions focused; Compassionate and empathetic; Eligibility to work in Australia; Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; MyGovID (Standard level); Willing to complete a National Police Check; Able to pass a Working with Children Check; Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
