Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:; This position operates on-site at our Concord and Painesville, OH manufacturing facilities.; Promote safety as the most important value in the organization by actively contributing through training, project management, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) responsibilities.; Lead, develop, and mentor controls engineering, project engineering, and maintenance teams to drive process improvements, asset reliability, and continuous improvement guided by site priorities.; Act as a core member of the plant leadership team and collaborate cross-functionally across site and divisional functions to align engineering and maintenance goals with broader business objectives.; Lead project delivery, cost center financial management, and capital project execution to achieve target results in safety, quality, operating costs, and customer fulfillment.; Partner with maintenance to oversee work order systems, spare parts inventory, contractor management, and direct hands-on support to minimize unplanned downtime and optimize asset performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Controls, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering preferred; other engineering degrees will be considered.; 5+ years of experience in project engineering, plant maintenance, or an engineering leadership role in a manufacturing environment.; Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including automation control, PLCs, drives, sensors, and facilities systems.; Demonstrated leadership skills with proven success managing multiple concurrent priorities, project portfolios, and cross-functional team collaboration.; Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt preferred) and experience with TPM program implementation or management.
