What will keep you engaged

- Leveraging extensively your 8+ years of hands-on experience of designing and developing enterprise ready web and mobile applications.
- Channeling your strong customer-focused mindset to build product features by owning them from ideation to deployment in a client production environment
- Leading design discussions on application architecture, UI components, back-end and third-party integration
- Leading and mentoring a globally distributed engineering team to commit to the highest standards of excellence
- Exploring and creating ML and NLP algorithms

Requirements

Experience in leading engineering teams; Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.; Significant experience in working with Angular; Fluency in any one of these languages - Python, Ruby, NodeJS or Go (we use Python); Expertise in working with DynamoDB or other NoSQL Databases; Expertise working on AWS platform for development; Knowledge of NLP based conversational-AI solutions implementation; Working experience in data & analytics field, including new and emerging technologies in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, AI, and big data; High degree of comfort with Agile development methodology and more importantly the ability to thrive in in an agile environment; Ability to run technical checks and audits to comply with external performance, privacy, security, and related needs and resolve any issues that are identified; Prior app development experience on Slack or Microsoft Teams will be a huge plus.; Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams
