Responsibilities

Canvas door-to-door to generate leads in residential neighborhoods; Schedule appointments for in-home consultations for Sales Experts (closers); Track performance by managing leads, appointments, and results; Attend weekly team meetings to elevate your game; Sharpen your skills, boost your earnings and advance your career; Educate and inspire by sharing the benefits of solar, including cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old; Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn; Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions
