Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance and Repair :; Sustain COP equipment (AOI, Mimaki, Lidding, Oven, Labeling & Auto Packing machine uptime above the targeted goals.; Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations.; Preventive Maintenance:; Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions within the stipulated time.; Ensure zero post-maintenance issues.; Performance Metrics:; Maintain and improve Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet or exceed set targets.; Continuous Improvement:; Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.; Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.; Documentation and Reporting:; Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.; Generate and submit reports on equipment status and any deviations from goals.; Safety and Compliance:; Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards.; Participate in Safety, 6S audits and training sessions.

Requirements

Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.; Must be able to work in 12 hour shift; Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical); Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component; Knowledge in AOI, Printing, Lidding, Labeling, Oven & Auto Packing Machine

Nice to have

Familiarity in computer system & computer network; Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook; Able to work independently; Have a good interpersonal skill
