Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

Carry out full life-cycle recruiting including cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating interviews; Manage the entire candidate recruitment experience from scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews with Arrow clients; Develop new strategies to actively target active and passive candidates in recruiting and business development; Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies identifying top talent and qualified candidates through all online sources; Manage a high volume of candidates on a national level; Source and develop a network of candidates using sales systems and technology; Utilize Arrow’s proprietary applicant tracking system

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; At least 1 year of relevant sales or recruitment experience; Strong entry-level candidates will be considered; Recruitment experience in accounting, corporate services, temporary recruitment, and/or financial services a plus but not required; Must be able to communicate professionally with candidates and clients and maintain a high level of confidentiality; Highly motivated and results driven professional; Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
