Requirements

✅ Communicate fluently in French (C1+) and comfortably in English (B2+); ✅ Act as the main point of contact between users and IT teams, leading meetings and ensuring smooth communication; ✅ Handle incident, request, and problem management in line with ITIL standards; ✅ Perform standard SQL queries and understand code patterns for effective debugging; ✅ Provide L1/L2 application support , with strong knowledge of production support processes; ✅ Read and debug Java 8+ code (nice to have)
