Fabrication Supervisor

We’re looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team within a fast-paced engineering environment. Combining hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership skills, you’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high quality standards, and help drive efficiency across the fabrication function.

Responsibilities

Supervised CNC fabrication operations and personnel; Programmed and operated CNC punch, plasma and press brake machines; Performed preventative maintenance and fault finding; Trained and developed junior team members; Supported wider production and logistics functions; Ensured quality, productivity and delivery targets were met

Requirements

Good experience operating CNC machinery; CAD / CAM experience / familiarity; Prior experience with creating and implementing maintenance schedules; Comfortable dealing with external contractors; Experience leading or supervising a team

Nice to have

Forklift license
