Facilities Manager

The role of the JLL Program Manager, Janitorial Services is to ensure the proper operation and performance of all aspects of a comprehensive sanitation program in both a manufacturing and administrative environment to validate the supervisors and all hourly staff is performing their assigned tasks to standards. Always present themselves in a professional appearance and manner.

Responsibilities

Ensure the proper operation and performance of a comprehensive sanitation program in manufacturing and administrative environments; Review End of Shift (EOS) reports and develop plans to reduce recurring concerns; Validate trend analysis of hot spot areas and develop plans to reduce them; Review beginning of shift reports and ensure issues are addressed and gaps are covered; Review weekly custodial headcount and hours submitted by the janitorial vendor; Ensure budget is within monthly JLL budget requirements; Review absentee/PTO submissions from hourly employees; Manage the mobile equipment program, including work orders, POs, budget and preventive maintenance; Track supervisor overtime, PTO and call-ins; Ensure safety in the recycle room; Audit routes and restrooms throughout the facility; Manage the janitorial supply process and budget; Coach and develop supervisors; Validate that supervisors manage the floor and employees clean to published TIS standards; Monitor cleaning materials usage; Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, local, HAZMAT, environmental and ISO regulations; Ensure 100% employee safety training compliance; Maintain employee training schedules and records
