Facility Technician (Mechanical)

Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize HVAC systems, plumbing and mechanical utility systems; Execute preventive maintenance programs, respond to facility fault reports and corrective work orders; Coordinate with external vendors, supervise and monitor; Operate forklifts for general facility material handling and logistics support; Supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance with lifting safety protocols (for one technician); Support common area systems and office equipment maintenance, handyman tasks

Requirements

Certificate/SKMM/MARA in HVAC or mechanical systems; Minimum 2-5 years commercial facility experience; Valid Forklift Operator License (DOSH-certified); Certified Lifting Supervisor (CLS) Certification, for one technician
