Fem Care Utility

Member of the Fem Care Team that will support different areas within FemCare based on production needs. Responsible for ensuring that the main packaging area is operational as it relates to materials and all related equipment. Responsible for operations of Webbing Regrind equipment, and cleanliness of the FemCare area. Ensures safety, quality, production, and scrap standards meet operational objectives, and maintains a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Support different areas within FemCare based on production needs; Ensure main packaging area is operational as it relates to materials and equipment; Operate Webbing Regrind equipment; Maintain cleanliness of the FemCare area; Ensure safety, quality, production, and scrap standards meet operational objectives; Transport and scan shippers; Monitor changeovers; Fill packaging robots with shippers; Change bundling film and tape; Clear jams and monitor printers; Feed Webbing grinder with rework fiber/cotton material; Maintain control of raw material usages and product yields; Complete required in-process inspections; Use manual or automated pallet jack for material/product movement; Supply production lines with raw materials; Maintain production, batch, and quality records; Maintain cleaning supplies; Collect and dispose of trash and scrap materials; Respond to filter house alarm and clean; Place recycling material in designated areas; Maintain work area in accordance with 5S standards; Communicate process/mechanical abnormalities to Team Leader & Supervisor; Follow safety/cGMP policies; Work overtime/alternate schedules as needed; Handle daily turnover communication between shifts

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required
