Female Personal Care Worker

We are looking for qualified, educated, and experienced staff who can confidently provide client-specific personal care within their scope and training. Casual hours with an hourly rate of $45.29. Responsibilities

Personal care including showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting; Mobility and transfers in accordance with the client's care plan and training; Meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking where required; Companionship and emotional support; Supporting independence, dignity, and choice; Following individual care plans; Reporting changes in health, wellbeing, or circumstances; Accurate documentation and communication with the care team; Infection control, WHS, privacy and safeguarding requirements; Working collaboratively with clients, families, and the wider care team

Requirements

Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence; Minimum 6+ months industry experience; Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support; Current Federal Police Check within last 12 months; Current First Aid and CPR Certificate within last 12 months; Valid Australian Work Rights; Able to use a Smartphone with Internet access; Reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
