Field Sales Representative

Representing leading brands in the Independent Grocery space working across Maroochydore and surrounding suburbs with monthly regional travel to Kingaroy and Surrounds you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO's) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance iconic brands using opportunity-based selling. Part time Monday - Friday role - 16 hrs per week.

Responsibilities

Building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO's); Driving distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance; Using opportunity-based selling; Growing product distribution; Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share; Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity; Driving sales results; Developing strong store relationships; Implementation of POGs; Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity; Monthly regional travel to Kingaroy and surrounds

Requirements

Relevant experience in field based Sales or Merchandising role; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude; Able to work autonomously; Valid driver license
