Field Services Expert

During Delivery Phase (Installations/Swap, Roll-out, Migration Plan): Create, Maintain & Monitor Implementation Plans; Ensure Quality of Deliverables during Roll-out Projects; Track Costs of Projects; Ensure Buy-In of Solutions by Customers. During Run Phase: Coordinate Services Rendered to Customers; Ensure Operational Monitoring – Issue Tracking – Risk Management; Manage Customers Reclaims; Identify Add-ons Sales Opportunities; Provide KPI’s and Measure Quality of Services Rendered. Generic Missions: Manage vendors & field services installation third party; Represent Vusion in Clients Relationship Governing Bodies; Coordinate Communication to Client & Vusion Stakeholders; Manage Relationship with Partners/System Integrators; Build & Maintain Detailed Maps of the Customers Solutions

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on roll-out, deployment, installation, or migration projects; Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor large-scale implementations, including cost tracking and quality control; Solid experience managing vendors, field services, and third-party installation partners; Strong customer-facing skills, with experience ensuring solution adoption and participating in governance or steering committees; Hands-on experience with operational monitoring, including issue tracking, risk management, and KPI reporting; Ability to work cross-functionally to coordinate stakeholders, manage partners/system integrators, and identify add-on sales opportunities
