Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a leading private healthcare organisation in a newly created role. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this position offers excellent exposure to senior leadership, strategic decision making, business growth initiatives, and operational performance improvement. You will play a key role in partnering with clinical and operational leaders, providing commercial insight and financial challenge to support the organisation’s continued success.

Responsibilities

Support operational and clinical leaders in delivering financial and business performance objectives; Provide insightful analysis, forecasting, and financial guidance to support decision making; Lead the development of business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models for new services and strategic initiatives; Support capacity planning, operational efficiency, and service development projects; Drive commercial understanding across the organisation through strong stakeholder engagement and finance education; Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance review processes

Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent); Five years’ post-qualified experience; Strong Finance Business Partnering experience; Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; Commercial acumen and the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights; Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities; Experience developing business cases and investment appraisals

Healthcare or regulated industry experience would be advantageous
