We are seeking a Finance Director – ANZ (Accounting & Shared Services) to lead our financial and statutory reporting function while driving continued transformation across finance.

Reporting to the APAC CFO, this is a highly visible leadership role combining technical expertise, operational execution, and people leadership. You will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance, enhancing reporting quality, and partnering with the business to support strategic growth.

Responsibilities

Leading financial and statutory reporting across a multi-entity environment; Strengthening governance, controls, and finance policies and procedures; Driving finance transformation initiatives, including process optimisation and automation; Leading ESG disclosures and climate reporting in line with business objectives; Providing leadership to a geographically dispersed shared services team (onshore and offshore); Supporting integration activities (e.g. M&A, system upgrades) to ensure scalable and standardised processes; Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver insight and support decision-making

Requirements

CA/CPA qualified with significant experience in senior finance leadership roles; Proven background in group reporting, governance, and multi-entity environments; Experience driving finance transformation, systems improvements, and process optimisation; Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board level; Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing, distributed teams; Commercially astute, with the ability to support business growth and strategic initiatives; Experience with ESG and climate reporting is highly regarded; Background in professional services or a similar complex environment preferred
