Finance Executive

Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports.; Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations.; Participates in the analysis of financial data to evaluate performance of the company.; Managing daily cash balances and ensure that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.; Maintaining our accounts system.; Assist in overseeing and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff.; Arranging and complete yearly tax fillings, financial audits and reviews as required.; Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.; Assist in preparing ad hoc accounting projects, as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.; Proven experience as a General Accountant or similar role (typically 2–4 years).; Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).; Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.; Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.; Strong organizational and time-management abilities.; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
