Finance Manager

We're looking for a Finance Manager who combines US GAAP expertise with a builder's mindset. Few finance roles offer this much exposure this early, or let you climb the learning curve this fast. As you demonstrate precision, ownership and execution, you'll progressively take on strategic topics such as equity management, corporate structure and corporate governance. You'll own the accuracy of our financial information across an international, multi-entity group, and you'll use AI every day to redesign how finance work gets done.

Responsibilities

Accuracy of financial information, including complex transactions such as intercompany and consolidation; Timely monthly close, and internal and external reporting; All technical accounting matters under US GAAP, and a clean, fast audit process; Statutory requirements and compliance across all entities; Financial operations, including bill and payroll payments, cash management and treasury; Relationships with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors; Managing financial systems stack (NetSuite, Ramp, Gusto, Payfit, Remote, Perk and others); Upgrading workflows and procedures with agents and MCPs to improve accuracy and efficiency; Optimising US and international tax matters, including the tax impact of management decisions; Preparing investor communications, first alongside the Head of Finance and progressively on your own

Requirements

CPA; Strong audit background with a deep understanding of US GAAP and the preparation of audited financial statements; Hands-on experience with NetSuite; Proven track record of building automations and using AI to make finance work more accurate and efficient; Strong, long-term relationships with external providers and partners; Self-starter, scrappy, solution-oriented mindset; Strong communication skills
