As a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions, you will partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships. As a key member of the team, you will provide daily support to Fidelity's most valued clients, delivering an exceptional experience that strengthens client relationships. By proactively identifying opportunities and making effective introductions, you will play a direct role in driving the success and growth of the branch.

Requirements

Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience; Series 07 - FINRA; Series 66 - FINRA; Serve as a technology champion within the branch; Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients; Ability to assess client needs and find opportunities; Attention to detail and ability to prioritize; Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks; Embraces feedback, fosters collaboration, and approaches challenges with curiosity

Nice to have

Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services; A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications; CFP, degree, or equivalent credential
