Financial Systems Junior Analyst

Are you passionate about Financial Systems and have a strong interest in Accounting Systems? Join us in Genoa as Financial Systems Junior Analyst, where you will support key Finance applications and transformation initiatives across Oracle EBS, BlackLine, Kyriba and access governance processes. You will work closely with Finance, Treasury, IT and Carnival Corporation teams, helping ensure system continuity, reliable integrations and effective project execution.

Responsibilities

Support key Finance applications and transformation initiatives across Oracle EBS, BlackLine, Kyriba and access governance processes; Work closely with Finance, Treasury, IT and Carnival Corporation teams; Support daily processes, user access governance, reconciliations and system implementation activities across multiple Finance projects; Support day-to-day Finance system activities including Oracle EBS-related processes, AP and AR closing support, business intelligence, issue monitoring and coordination with IT/application support teams; Support BlackLine reconciliation activities including bank account reconciliations and credit card reconciliation flows; Contribute to the Global Treasury Management System (Kyriba) rollout, supporting UAT preparation, training follow-up and brand coordination; Manage User Access Reviews for finance applications and support documentation, tracking and stakeholder coordination for Finance transformation initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Finance or related disciplines; Strong knowledge of IT concepts (system integration, database, business analysis) and basic knowledge of General Accounting Principles; Previous experience or strong interest in Information Technology and economic fields, Finance systems, ERP environments or application support; Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to investigate data/process discrepancies across systems and interfaces; Good communication skills and ability to work with Finance, Treasury, IT and international stakeholders; Fluency in Italian and English; Advanced Excel skills; Availability to travel

Nice to have

Oracle EBS knowledge is a plus; Experience with reconciliation tools, BlackLine, Kyriba, access governance or UAT/testing activities is considered a plus; Additional languages are a plus
