Responsibilities

Shift: B12 Team, 2-2-3 schedule, 7PM to 7AM; Starting hiring rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential; What You Will Do:; Package & Prepare: Label, band, core-cut, and package slit rolls and finished goods according to customer specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).; Ensure Quality: Perform initial product inspections, track multiple orders simultaneously, and help maintain zero-defect standards.; Drive Efficiency: Keep work areas supplied with packaging materials, support equipment maintenance, and actively participate in 5S and continuous improvement projects.; Collaborate: Communicate across shifts and team members to keep daily operations running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

What We Look For:; High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.; Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.; Team-player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt as production priorities shift.; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain a Lift Truck Operator license.; Basic computer proficiency and flexibility to work overtime as needed.; Join us and help build high-quality solutions while growing your career in production and finishing operations!
