Flipside Beach Bar Supervisor

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Cashier for Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida. The Cashier assists outlets with closing out tickets in the POS system, requires high organization and attention to detail, and works closely with team members in a fast-paced environment. The resort is undergoing a property-wide renovation set to debut in early 2027.

Responsibilities

Assist outlets with closing out tickets in the POS system; Maintain a great relationship with all members of the team; Be a master of the POS system; Be highly organized to maintain control and timeliness in closing out all guest checks; Maintain a cash bank; Be willing to jump in where needed to assist in delivering top service levels; Promote breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner menus and know all menus and items offered in the grab and go section; Memorize product locations and direct customers or make suggestions; Set up the Grab and Go section and maintain stock on shelves and in the pantry for each shift; Keep areas clean and stocked, including FOH and BOH inventory in the inside and outside areas of the Market Place; Receive and visually inspect guest checks for inaccuracies, then close checks to the proper method of payment (cash, credit card, or house charge); Ascertain guest satisfaction and tactfully negotiate accommodation in case of dissatisfaction; Comply with accounting guidelines for payments, check total verification, tip disbursement, cash drawer and house bank management; Balance the house bank at the end of the shift, retrieving and returning the bank from the vault to the workstation to ensure accountability
