Food & Beverage Outlets Manager- The Wigwam

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of all assigned food and beverage outlets; ensure coordination between front-of-house, bar, and culinary teams; maintain standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and service consistency; ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcoholic beverage regulations; engage with guests and resolve concerns promptly; monitor guest feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement; monitor inventory and place orders for beverage products; manage labor, food, beverage, and operating supply costs; partner with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams; recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching; lead daily pre-shift meetings and training; analyze financial and operational reports; collaborate with hotel leadership on strategic initiatives; perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in front desk or hotel operations; at least 1-3 years in a supervisory role; excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities; strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field; experience with property management systems and hotel reservation software
