Food Prep

Food Prep position at Circle K. The position includes, but is not limited to, food merchandising, customer satisfaction, facility condition, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Food merchandising and maximizing sales, profitability and customer service; Completing build-to's for ordering/purchasing merchandise; Maintaining inventory and validating deliveries; Preparing displays by assembling, dating and price marking; Rotating food items and monitoring quality/freshness; Monitoring and maintaining food preparation area and display cases; Assisting training new associates in customer service; Providing prompt, courteous, friendly customer service; Resolving routine customer concerns; Preparing and serving quality food and beverage; Maintaining a safe and clean work environment; Inspecting store facilities and equipment; Cleaning and sanitizing food service equipment; Attending job-related meetings; Complying with company policies and procedures; Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years old; High school diploma or GED preferred; Experience in retail sales preferred; Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time; Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; Ability to perform the four (4) basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply and divide) preferred; Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described below; Ability to work in the conditions described below.
