Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany, with customer-site work and required travel.

Responsibilities

Work on-site with procurement teams to understand their workflows and translate broad requests into clearly defined problems.; Review AI agent conversations and execution traces to identify failure patterns and improve prompts, context, and tool use.; Turn recurring agent failures into evaluation cases in collaboration with the AI team.; Build product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations that connect systems and data sources.; Take solutions from initial discovery through production rollout, then observe user behavior and iterate.; Bring recurring customer needs into reusable product and platform capabilities.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience shipping software used by real users.; Strong full-stack or backend foundations, with production experience building APIs and working with SQL and relational databases.; Production experience with TypeScript or Python, experience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful.; Experience in enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer-facing work.; Ability to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories, and improve software based on observed user behavior.; Experience building or maintaining integrations across systems or data sources is helpful. Procurement knowledge is not required.
