Founder Associate - Portfolio Opportunities

Founder Associate Internships are high-impact, high-ownership positions for people who want to operate close to the core of a business. You will work directly with founders on their highest-priority problems, the kind that do not fit neatly into a function or department. Applicants submit one application that is reviewed by the team and shared selectively with founders who are actively hiring for these roles, including publicly listed roles and stealth opportunities. The role is for people who thrive in ambiguity, want broad exposure, and prefer building to optimising.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic projects across ops, growth, fundraising, or partnerships; Own end-to-end execution on critical workstreams; Build financial models, dashboards, competitive analysis, or internal systems; Act as a trusted operator and thought partner to the founding team; Move between problems quickly, solving what matters most rather than what is clearly defined; Work directly with founders on their highest-priority problems

Requirements

A solid academic background (business, economics, engineering, or adjacent fields); Early experience in consulting, banking, venture, startups, or high-growth tech; Strong analytical and quantitative skills; High ownership, initiative, and follow-through; Clear, concise communication; Strong organisation and prioritisation; Comfort with pace, ambiguity, and lightly structured environments; A bias toward execution
