Founding Enterprise Account Executive (EMEA - German Speaker)

We're looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to drive our expansion into Europe. As one of our first international sales hires, you'll own large complex deals across Western Europe and the DACH region, plus the quick wins that build early momentum. You'll partner with sales, marketing, and product to align our product with the demands of new markets. As part of the founding team, you'll shape our international sales strategy from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Hunt creatively and build the European pipeline from scratch; Target verticals, build a referral network, and leverage relationships in markets with no brand recognition; Sell solutions to big problems for large companies across research, marketing, and HR; Drive revenue with uncapped commission; Build the playbook by feeding in-market learning back to product, marketing, and leadership; Be ambitious

Requirements

4-8 years in SaaS sales, currently in a Mid-Market or Enterprise AE position, with a focus on Western European markets; A consistent track record of hitting quota; Fluency in German and English is required; Based in a Western Europe time zone (WET or CET); Ability to travel domestically and internationally; Business acumen to identify and create new sales opportunities; An understanding of how to outbound, and willingness to source ~20% of your own deals; Strong written communication; Desire and ability to work autonomously; High empathy
