Freelance Social Media Manager

VALUE Virtual Assistants is part of Bright Business Acceleration Inc., a Japanese-owned Filipino company. We specialize in business management consulting, offering strategic solutions and virtual assistance to help businesses worldwide improve operations and achieve growth. This position is for pooling candidates. We are building a pool of qualified VAs for upcoming opportunities with our clients. Responsibilities

Oversee social media content creation and manage the overall social media strategy; Develop and implement weekly or monthly content plans that engage and connect with the target audience; Create platform-specific content and manage postings across designated social media channels; Grow and engage the follower base in alignment with marketing objectives; Edit graphics and videos to enhance social media posts and campaigns

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media Management, or as a Virtual Assistant; Proficient with Google Suite and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube; Strong skills in graphic and video editing; Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines; A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions; An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage; A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)
