Full Time Sales Assistant

Ally Fashion is an Australian based multi-brand fast fashion destination which provides its customers with value, quality, and on-trend outfits through an enthusiastic, fun, and professional team. We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to take on the Full-time Sales Assistant position at our Hervey Bay store. Acting as 2IC and supporting the Store Manager, you will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment, drive store financial performance, provide training, and ensure clear in-store execution of the business's strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment where customer service is a priority; Drive the store's financial performance to meet budgets and targets; Provide effective training and lead by example; Manage daily in-store operations and visual merchandising; Ensure expert and unparalleled customer service; Develop strong product knowledge to help train the team; Manage stock levels and maintain the store and team's well-being; Ensure health and safety in store; Assist the Regional Manager with staff rosters, sales, stock and expense control; Recruit, nurture, retain and develop talent into leadership roles

Requirements

Solid experience assisting store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion); Flexibility to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade; High achiever in delivery of performance and sales; Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships; Ambition to accelerate career
