Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.; Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.; Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.; Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.; Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.; Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.

Requirements

Leaving Cert level education or above; NVQ qualification or equivalent; Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Exceptional attention to detail; Hands on and proactive approach; Able to work autonomously and as part of a team; Excellent time management
