Gameday Merchandise Associate | Highmark Stadium

We are looking for Gameday Merchandise Associate to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Gameday Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for providing quick and efficient services to guests in a variety of duties including recording transactions and collecting payment with a point of sale system, stocking, and providing great customer service. Responsibilities

Records all transactions via point-of-sale system and informs guests of amount owed; Collects payment (credit card or cash) and determines change; Accounts for transactions and maintains accurate cash count and balances banks at end of shift; Provides customer service with product knowledge and enthusiasm; Ensures fixtures are clean, stocked and tidy; Maintains clean and organized workspace; Follows close down procedure and leaves store clean, tidy and secure; Assists with daily, weekly and monthly inventory; Provides guidance on retail options and general information; Practices safe work habits and completes compliance training; Maintains pleasant and collaborative attitude; Adheres to company policies; Performs other duties as assigned; Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Strong attention to detail; Maintain cleanliness of areas, guest areas, and counters; Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes; Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others; Assist in opening and closing duties including set-up and breakdown; Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 25-50 lbs; Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions; Ability to work in all weather conditions; Exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold
