General Assembler 1

Operate, optimize, and changeover assigned production equipment. Responsible for meeting/exceeding production standards, maintaining product quality, minimizing equipment downtime, and sustaining budgeted waste levels daily.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment while meeting quality, productivity, waste, and safety goals; Operate packaging equipment, ensuring products are properly packed and labeled per specification; Perform quality checks as required by specifications; Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality check records; Notify technical personnel of equipment malfunctions; Use and stamp batch numbers correctly on cartons per SAP records; Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the shift; Follow all safety, environmental, and Quality System Requirements (QSR); Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

0 - 5 years experience; Attention to detail; Must clear criminal background check before starting; Eye exam required; No drug screening required; Must be eligible to work in the USA
