Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile catering operation, overseeing three distinct catering outlets alongside an exclusive hospitality service. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency, ensuring all contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved and exceeded.; Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards; Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business; Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment; Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation; Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance

Requirements

Have a contagious passion for food and customer service; Proven experience in a senior catering or hospitality management role.; A genuine passion for healthy eating, nutrition, and quality food delivery.; Demonstrable success in delivering against SLAs, KPIs, and financial targets.; Excellent leadership and people management skills.; Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.; Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.; Knowledge of food safety legislation and compliance requirements.; The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
