General Manager, Centre Vidéotron

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our business operations, including multiple professional functions such as human resources, budgeting, financial management and weekly analysis, implementation and long-term success of marketing and sales programs, catering services, and brand management. You will exceed client expectations through strong leadership and management skills while embodying the “Levy Difference.”

Responsibilities

Managing client relationships; Ensuring guest satisfaction; Motivating, engaging, and managing the leadership team; Planning menus and overseeing merchandising; Ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety, and quality assurance programs; Monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring the continuity of operations.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in food service management or a related field; Experience managing multiple units and/or multiple locations; Strong professional and interpersonal relationship-building skills; Financial management experience, including weekly controllable cost management and labor cost control; Experience working within standardized operating environments and food service standards; Experience managing corporate partnerships and branded concepts; Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members; Exceptional client relationship and communication skills; Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; Ability to travel within Canada; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
