General Manager

Rosewood Residences Hillsboro is set along three and a half miles of pristine beachfront and comprises 92 exclusive residences ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, each offering sweeping either ocean or intracoastal views. Amenities include a 24-hour Technogym-equipped fitness center, spa facilities, two swimming pools, two guest suites, multiple restaurants with bar and lounge, outdoor terrace garden with firepit, sports bar, game room, private cinema, and children’s playroom. The General Manager will lead a team of approximately 72 associates dedicated to delivering a highly personalized, elevated residential lifestyle experience.

Responsibilities

Accountable for overall success, reputation, and long-term value of Rosewood Residences Hillsboro; Serve as senior on-site executive and primary liaison between homeowners, Board, corporate leadership, and external partners; Lead development and execution of pre-opening critical path; Oversee procurement planning; Develop and implement operational strategy; Engage with homeowners to assess satisfaction and enhance service delivery; Evaluate and coach operational team performance; Establish operating processes and systems; Oversee residential departments and condominium facilities; Provide strategic culinary support and F&B oversight; Support HOA administration and collection of assessments; Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and brand standards; Maintain financial accountability including operating budgets, P&L, HOA finances, forecasting, and variance management; Review monthly financial statements and lead long-range capital planning; Own full associate lifecycle and foster high-performance culture; Act as point of escalation for emergencies and ensure safety, security, and privacy standards; Act as ambassador of Rosewood brand and curate lifestyle programming

Requirements

Proven executive leadership with strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen; Advanced stakeholder management skills across owners, boards, and corporate leadership; Strong financial literacy, including HOA and capital planning experience; Crisis leadership capability and sound decision-making; High emotional intelligence with the ability to listen actively, demonstrate empathy, and respond thoughtfully; Proven ability to engage high-net-worth homeowners with discretion, credibility, and confidence; Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation capabilities; Sound judgment, confidentiality, and professional composure under pressure; Service-oriented leadership balanced with firm boundaries and fiduciary responsibility; Relationship-driven mindset, positioning the General Manager as a trusted advisor; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Property Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered; Minimum of five (5) years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, branded residences, private clubs, or high-end residential operations; Prior experience working with homeowner associations and boards of directors; Fluency in English required; Applicable local or state management licenses required (CAM license required for this role)
