Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of FOH operation; Deliver exceptional service quality; Build a team that delivers an exceptional level of Michelin quality service; Train, develop and mentor your team; Maintain the highest level of hygiene throughout the operation; Work with the operations director and Exec team to develop and deliver service of the highest quality; Drive and maintain a highly organised and effective FOH team

Flexible and capable of dealing with high pressure situations; Highly organised with great attention to detail; Calm and in control even in high-pressure situations; Able to develop innovative, high-quality dishes and deliver them seamlessly; A big personality who drives a healthy, positive working environment for their team; Intimate and detailed knowledge of East Asian cuisine and service of the highest level; Confident, self-assured and collaborative personality
