Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment on a global scale: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating next steps, and extending offers; Collaboration with Talent Sourcers; Managing and advising key stakeholders (in collaboration with the Lead); Participating in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions, finding unconventional recruitment approaches; Supporting colleagues; Maintaining the ATS; Preparing reports

Requirements

4+ years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles; Proven global recruitment experience hiring across multiple regions and time zones; Flexible, results-oriented approach; Business acumen (preferred); Strong English skills (speaking and writing at B2 - C1+ level)
